Refund policy
We are unable to accept returns for our products so please choose carefully; but if there is something wrong with the product you purchased or it was broken in transit please contact us and we will replace or refund it.
If your product arrives damaged, we require photographs within 48 hours in order to disclose damages with the courier company we use.
Please note, we use NZpost to courier our honey. Once the parcel is handed over by Forage & Gold, the responsibility for timely delivery lies with the courier. Customers should contact the courier service directly to address any delivery issues. We are unable to process a refund if the parcel is delivered later than anticipated by the buyer, as this is outside of our control once it is handed over with the courier.
