Shipping policy

Shipping Costs Update: May 2026. Due to  increasing fuel prices, our courier costs have increased. All of the shipping charges below only cover a portion of what we are charged by our courier companies to deliver Forage & Gold honey in New Zealand. We are sorry that we can not currently offer Free Shipping.

 

$11 flat rate shipping within New Zealand for all orders up to 4kg. Excludes Non Urban/Rural Delivery. 

$16 flat rate shipping for orders over 4kg weight. Excludes Non Urban/Rural Delivery. 

$18 shipping for South Island Non Urban/Rural Delivery orders up to 4kg.

$21 shipping for North Island Non Urban/Rural Delivery orders up to 4kg.

Please note we do not ship to PO Box addresses. 

If the incorrect freight option is selected, we will contact you by email to arrange payment of the difference.

Orders placed that are over 10kg may incur a higher rate. We will contact you with freight quote if this is the case.

Please allow up to 3 working days for orders to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm your shipment with tracking details.

Delivery time is usually 2-3 working days depending on your location and a signature is required. Please allow extra time for delivery to rural areas.

Please note, we use NZpost to courier our honey. Once the parcel is handed over, the responsibility for timely delivery lies with the courier. Customers should contact the courier service directly to address any delivery issues.

At this stage we do not ship internationally.
